How much does shipping cost?

We like to keep things simple. We offer a flat-rate over-sized box standard shipping fee of $7.99 on all orders under $50.00. If your order totals $50.00 or more, standard shipping is 100% FREE!

How long will it take to get my order?

Once you place your order, it typically takes 1 to 2 business days for our warehouse to process and pack it. After that, standard transit time is 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your sanctuary leaves the facility.

How will my order arrive?

To ensure your Purrfect Places sanctuary reaches you as quickly and reliably as possible, we partner with a premier third-party fulfillment network to warehouse and ship our products. Because of this, your order may arrive via various carriers (including UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics). Please note: To speed up delivery times, your order may occasionally arrive in an Amazon-branded box!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We hope to expand our shipping zones to international feline friends in the future!

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package. What do I do?

Sometimes carriers mark a package as "Delivered" a few hours before it actually arrives, or they tuck it away to keep it safe from the weather. Please check your porch, side doors, and with your neighbors. If it has been 24 hours since the delivery notification and you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to us via our Contact page and we will make it right!
